XAT 2025 Admit Card: How to Download, Important Dates, and Tips

The XAT 2025 Admit Card is a mandatory document for all candidates appearing for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur. Without the XAT 2025 Admit Card, the candidates shall not be allowed to enter the examination hall. What is the XAT Admit Card?

The XAT 2025 Admit Card is a hall ticket confirming that you are eligible to take the exam. Your XAT Admit Card holds essential details like:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Roll Number
  • Application Number
  • Exam Date and Time
  • Exam Centre Name and Address
  • Candidate’s Photograph and Signature
  • Instructions for the Exam

You need a printed copy of your XAT admit card at the examination center with an acceptable photo ID proof.

How to Download XAT 2025 Admit Card?

Here are the steps to proceed to download your XAT 2025 admit card from the official site:

  • Visit the official website of xatonline.in
  • Click on the “Log in” button and log in with your XAT ID and the password you created during XAT registration.
  • Upon login, click on the link ‘Download Admit Card.
  • When the admit card is displayed on your screen, you can click on ‘download ‘ to save the PDF file.
  • After you have downloaded the admit card, produce a clear printout of the admit card (preferably in color).

Forgot XAT Login Password?

Here are the steps if you forget your XAT login credentials:

  • Go to the login page on xatonline.in
  • Click on “Forgot Password.”
  • Provide your registered email ID or mobile number
  • A link will be sent to your email to reset your password
  • Set a new password and log in again

Tips Before and On Exam Day

Here are some tips to help you stay organized and avoid unnecessary stress:

Before Exam Day:

  • Don’t wait until the last moment. Download and print out the Admit Card as soon as it becomes available.
  • If you live in the same city, drive to your exam center the day before, so you do not encounter any confusion.
  • The usual reporting time is 60 minutes before your exam, and you will not be permitted entry if you’re late!
  • Read the dress code and any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place and follow them!
  • Please keep your original ID and a passport-size photo in your wallet or bag.

On Exam Day:

  • Make sure you arrive at least 1 hour before your exam. This will allow you enough time to get through all of the security checks calmly and without rushing.
  • Avoid clothing with pockets or any metallic items. Some of these may be restricted.
  • Please ensure that you also stay hydrated and eat a light and nutritious meal prior to going to the center.
  • Do not engage in subject/topic discussions with your peers at the last minute. This may only serve to increase your anxiety levels.

After downloading the admit card, please check the following details carefully:

  • Your Name (should be consistent with ID proof)
  • Date of Birth
  • Photograph and signature
  • XAT ID and application number
  • Date, time, and centre of the exam
  • Instructions for the exam day
